“Protect yourself from becoming a victim of a SCAM.”

Our speaker Douglas County Deputy Sherriff Michael Dechellis specialized in financial crime investigations to include bank fraud/forgery, vulnerable adult financial exploitation, crypto currency related fraud, and scams of all types.

We encourage you to bring your spouse and other persons you want to help protect from scammers.  If you know of any prospective members, invite them to come to the meeting.

We know some EVAPA club members have already been victims of scammers.

These numbers come from the FTC, FBI, and Consumer Affairs research.
