Words From Warren

From Warren Anthony: EVAPA’s goal is to share the history of the equipment that helped grow food for our country and the world. To create interest in our activities and appreciation of your efforts to restore and maintain historical equipment, everyone (this includes you) needs to tell other people about EVAPA and what we do. You do not know who could be interested in EVAPA activities unless you talk about it. You do not have to own a tractor. A new member could be your neighbor, relative, or friend of that neighbor. You can spread information about EVAPA and help our organization grow. This will also help involve new members that will keep this club and its mission alive.

For example, the other day I was getting my hair trimmed, I asked my barber if she knew of anyone interested in antique farm tractors and pickups. When she said that she has several farmers that visit, I mentioned our club and website. She said she was happy to share that information with her other clients. Proof that you never know where new members can come from if we don’t just start asking.
